Are there any restrictions to use the waterpark?
Children below the age of 8 years and/or below the minimum height of 120cm are not allowed to use the water slides.

What rooms types are available in the hotel?
Twin Room: can sleep up to 3 people with 2 twin beds & sofa for 3rd bed
Double Room: can sleep up to 3 people with 1 double bed & sofa bed for 3rd bed
Four-bedded Room: can sleep up to 4 people with 1 double bed & 2 sofa beds
You can select from 2 room view choices: inland view and sea view.
Most rooms have baths with showers above the bath and 50 rooms have
walk in showers only.
Few inland & sea view rooms feature an interconnecting door.
Is there a safe box in the room?
Each room has its own safe box. The current rental charge is €3 per day.
Is there wi-fi access in the rooms & public areas?
Guests can enjoy free Wi-fi access in all rooms and public areas.
What are the standard ‘check-in’ and ‘check-out’ times of the hotel?
Guests can check in at 14:00 and check out at 12:00.
Are any rooms adapted for persons with disabilities?
Although our rooms are not adapted for guests with disabilities, some have walk-in shower for utmost convenience.
Do the rooms include ironing facilities?
Sorry, we don’t, but we do have a room with ironing facilities for you to use.
The hotel also offers laundry service at a charge.
Do the rooms include tea & coffee facilities?
Yes
Can I request a room upgrade while staying in the hotel?
Yes, room upgrades are available with a respective charge, but this always depends on hotel occupancy. As some months are at high occupancy (especially May to October), please book the desired room type and/or view, when making your booking to avoid disappointment.
Do the rooms feature a mini bar or fridge?
Yes our rooms do have a fridge.
My return flight back home is late. Can I book a ‘late check-out’ directly with the hotel whilst in resort?
The hotel welcomes guest requests but your late check-out cannot be guaranteed until your departure date. Availability of late check-out rooms always depends on respective arrivals.
Current charges for a ‘late check-out’ room are €70 until 18:00 (local time).
I have booked a ‘late check-out’ room. Will I be able to keep the same room I have been staying in?
We will consider every request and will do our utmost to help make your late check-out as seamless and stress-free as possible. However, this is on request and upon availability, as your room may be needed for guests arriving early on the day you depart. On the day of your departure, please kindly check if it is possible to keep the same room at the reception. If not, you’ll be asked to check-out from your original room at 12 noon and you’ll be given a different room to enjoy for the remainder of the day.

The indoor pool is heated between November to April.
Do you provide beach towels or do I have to bring my own?
Yes, we do provide beach towels.
Is there a ‘dress code’ for dinner at the restaurant?
The dress code for all Louis Phaethon Beach restaurants is smart casual. We kindly ask our guests to avoid entering our restaurants in swimwear, barefoot, or wearing sleeveless T-shirts.
If we choose to stay at another Louis hotel (sister hotel), would it be possible to visit your hotel and use your hotel’s services?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. To ensure our in-house guests enjoy maximum comfort and easy access to our services and facilities, company policy does not allow non-residents, including guests staying at other Louis sister hotels, to use our premises. Special permission (with applicable charges) is granted to non-residents wishing to attend a wedding or conference. The same applies to in-house guests, who will not be allowed to use any of our sister hotel facilities.
